Activities emphasize fun and engagement, laying the groundwork for healthy lifestyles.

Middle School PE Program

In middle school, students transition to more structured physical education with a wider variety of sports and activities. This program encourages students to take on new challenges, refine their physical abilities, and begin to understand the importance of health and fitness in their daily lives. In addition to team sports, the program integrates health education topics like nutrition, mental wellness, and personal fitness.

High School Team Sports

For high school students, Team sports programs offer the opportunity to participate in competitive sports. These sports provide an outlet for physical activity and also emphasize leadership, teamwork, and discipline.

Whether competing in intramurals or extramurals activities, Students are encouraged and motivated to push their limits and develop a strong sense of collaboration and enhance their leadership abilities. Sports offered include basketball, volleyball, soccer, cricket and racquet games with more sports being considered for future seasons.

High School - Strength & Conditioning

The fitness program is designed for students looking to enhance their physical fitness through targeted workouts that build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Students gain knowledge of training principles and designing plans that support them in achieving their fitness objectives.

Participation and Eligibility
