GIA Celebrates the Class of 2025: A Journey of Growth, Achievement, and New Beginnings

Celebrating the Class of 2025

“We saw, we conquered, we procrastinated — but we still graduated.”

The Class of 2025 has set a new benchmark of excellence at Georgetown International Academy. This graduating class of nine students achieved a historic milestone with GIA’s first-ever Ivy League acceptance to Columbia University — a proud moment for our entire school community.

Collectively, the Class of 2025 earned $743,000 USD in scholarships and received acceptances to 31 universities worldwide, including 17 institutions ranked among the Forbes Top 100 Universities in the United States. These accomplishments reflect both individual dedication and the strength of GIA’s rigorous, globally focused academic program.

Among the graduates are three students who began their journey at GIA in preschool — a powerful testament to the lasting impact of a GIA education from early childhood through graduation.

This year also marked the launch of a new tradition at our campus: the creation of the Senior Wall, honoring the legacy of our graduates and celebrating the pathways they will pursue beyond GIA.

In the words of the Class of 2025: “We saw, we conquered, we procrastinated — but we still graduated.” Their humor, resilience, and determination embody the spirit of this remarkable class.

The Class of 2025 leaves a lasting legacy — one defined by achievement, perseverance, and global ambition.
